Does anyone have a users manual for White-Westinghouse espresso/cappuccino coffee maker?

Q. Looking for users manual for White-Westinghouse espresso/cappuccino maker Model # WWEX450ZE.
pdf from scanned version would be fine - thanks!

A. This appliance is probably only marketed under the Westinghouse brand. I therefore searched for you and found your machine with picture at EBay.

I then found the following manual that looks very similar to the mentioned machine. I assume that this will help you prepare your coffee:

I'm trying to clean my coffee cups, what is the best way to remove the metallic marks left by stirring spoons?

Q. I tried bleach which was great for removing the actual coffee stains, and i tried vinegar which did not make any difference.

A. Try a damp Mr. Clean Magic Sponge - I used one to clean my countertops yesterday and was amazed by all the marks it removed.

How do you make Coffee over an open fire?

Q. Im going camping this weekend and i would love to impress eveyone in the morning by making coffee over a fire, i want to use real coffee beans not expresso. I have no idea how to do it or what type of beans to use??

A. turkish coffee--one heaping tsp of ground beans (i suggest you grind the beans at home in a grinder unless you want to do it by hand, in which case you will need to use a mortar and pestle) per cup of water, plus one additional tsp of grounds. add the grounds to your pot, pour the water over, then pour in additional water (like if you're making 5 cups of coffee, use one additional cup) to make up for that which the grounds will absorb. i'm assuming you'll have a grill over your fire, if not, stack some rocks among the coals to support the pot so that you won't have to hold the pot the whole time. bring the water Just to a boil--don't let it boil for more than a moment or it'll get bitter.

remove from heat as soon as it begins to boil. at this point, you can pour it through a filter or you can just wait for the grounds to settle to the bottom and pour the coffee off the top. coffee made this way tends to be pretty strong, so you might want to experiment at home so that you can adjust the water/grounds ratio to what you're used to.

a simpler alternative would be to get a french press. if you have one of those, all you need is to boil the water and pour it over the grounds in the decanter.

hope this helps

p.s., it doesn't matter what sort of beans you use, just that they be ground up. bean choice is a matter of preference. most people like french roast.

How long can those canned coffee drinks go beyond their expiration date?

Q. I got a bunch (as in 5 or 6 cases) of those canned coffee drinks. I think the brand is cinnabon. I didn't realize the expiration date is about a week or so away, and I'm curious how long they are safe to drink after that point.

A. Canned coffee tastes awful whether it's expired or not.

EDIT: I am a dork...I didn't read your question properly! I thought you meant canned coffee like you buy in grocery stores(like folgers).
Like the poster below me said, check and see if there is milk in the ingredients, milk will be the one thing that will make you sick if it is too far beyond the expiration date.
Also, is the expiration date really a best before date? If it is, that should give you a week or two extra on drinking them, as those are really sell-by dates.
Again sorry for the misunderstanding!
